Cancellation Policy

As an independent operation with a client base that is rapidly expanding, each of my appointment slots is extremely valuable. To ensure I can maximize availability to each of my guests, I do enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or rescheduling MUST be done no less than 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service cost will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late/No Show Policy

Appointments are scheduled for the precise amount of time needed for your requested services. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule, and a $25 late fee will be owed before you can secure your next appointment.

No call No shows will owe 75% of the service cost before another appointment can be scheduled.

Appointment Required

As an independent operation I work by appointment only. Please pre-book, as my schedule tends to book fill up approximately a month in advance.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If your expectations are not met with your service, please let me know within 24 hours after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections immediately to ensure your goals are met.

Right to Refuse Service

I uphold the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. I ask that all guests take this into consideration prior to their appointment time. No refunds will be granted in cases where service is refused.
